These Dharma talks were given by Reverend Master Eko Little, during a week-long retreat at Shasta Abbey, and are a good preparation for the Keeping of the Ten Precepts Retreat each spring. The Precepts are the Bloodline of the Buddha, and are one of the foundations of Zen Buddhist practice. In these ten talks, Reverend Master Eko Little examines the Precepts and their application to daily life.
